Rachel Clair

Rachel Clair joined Markham Law Firm as an Associate Attorney in March 2026. Rachel graduated from University of Baltimore School of Law in 2021. During law school she interned at the Appellate Court of Maryland, clerked for a boutique Montgomery County Family Law firm, served as the Vice President of the Family Law Association, and was sworn in as a Rule 19 Student Attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic.

Following law school, Rachel clerked for The Honorable Kathleen M. Dumais, the Family Judge in Charge at the Montgomery County Circuit Court. She then worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney for St. Mary’s County before joining the Markham Law team.
