Cassidy Lang, Associate Attorney
Cassidy A. Lang is an associate attorney at Markham Law Firm, where she focuses her practice on family law. Since joining the firm full-time in 2024, Cassidy has represented clients in a variety of matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, and protective orders.
Cassidy first joined Markham Law Firm as a law clerk in 2023. She earned her Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in 2024. Cassidy is admitted to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Cassidy is an active member of several professional associations, including the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland State Bar Association, the Montgomery County Chapter of the Women’s Bar Association of Maryland and the District of Columbia Bar.

Cassidy pursued law school with the goal of building a career dedicated to advocacy. During law school, she participated in the Domestic Violence Project and worked as a law clerk at a local nonprofit organization, where she assisted attorneys handling cases involving domestic violence and child sexual abuse. She also served as a Senior Notes Editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal. Cassidy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and communications, cum laude, from the University of Delaware.
